promoted and supported by Diani companies, the 2002 Mt. Kenya climb was
a great success and a lot of fun for everyone involved. This
eight-man climb took five days, with all eight reaching Austrian Hut
(4.790 metres) and six reaching the Lenana Summit (4.980 metres)! Corporate sponsors for this event were Techno
Soft, Diani Marine,
Diani House, Leisure Lodge Shops, Forty Thieves Beach Bar, Soellaart
(international sponsor, the Netherlands) and WitmanKleipool.
