Who We Are The organizational structure of The Colobus Trust is composed of; Directors which include prominent members of the Diani business and conservation community who additionally play a critical role in the environmental protection of South Coast Kenya -Raymond Matiba, Luciana Parazzi, Lulu Archer, former Project Manager Dr. Julie Anderson, Elias Kimaru of WWF. In addition to the International Volunteers that The Colobus Trust has at the cottage, strategic operations and day-to-day management of the Trust and its activities fall to the managers and staff.

Eirik Jarl Trondsen
Manager Eirik Jarl Trondsen is the new Colobus Trust manager. He has a M.A. in Development studies, and almost 10 years of project management experience from CARE International. Including management of conservation projects in Ethiopia and Tanzania. He has lived in Kenya since 2001, and on the south coast since 2007.

Andrew Hayes Volunteering Assistant Manager
Andrew Hayes has been living in Kenya for close to a year now. He
began volunteering in Kenya in 2007 studying population densities of
the colobus monkey as well as the status of some of Kenya's coastal
forest, before returning in 2008. He runs the day to day life at the
colobus trust, working with volunteers and staff on numerous
projects. Andrew is very committed to his work and ensuring
volunteer are kept busy and enjoying their stay.
